Designed Landscapes was founded by Humberto Dutra (Beto). Humberto has a PhD in Environmental Sciences and taught ecology and plant biology at college level for 10 years, he also has Landscape Design certification from Emory University. Our work focus is on sustainable designs, using materials of high quality and an unique plant pallete . We believe that gardens should require some minimum maintenance but not endless labor. We are a design built firm with ample experience in plantings, masonry, irrigation, carpentry and lighting.
